Intervention was scheduled for Franklin Molina on April 16. Preliminary hearing fot April 23 "remains set."
Count 1 is PC 209 (b) (1) Kidnapping with intent to commit robbery. Count 2 is the same but a different victim. Count 3 is PC 211 first degree residential robbery. Count 4 is PC236 False imprisonment. Count 5 False imprisonment but different victim. Count 6 is PC 245 (a) (1) Assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury. Count 7 PC 207 (a) Kidnapping. Count 8 is PC 215 (a) Carjacking.
