Suspect in Silicon Valley intentionally plowed into a crowd targeting people he thought were Muslim

Isaiah Joel Peoples has been charged with eight counts of attempted murder, with four of the charges also alleging that they caused great bodily injury. He faces a maximum sentence of life in prison.

Peoples was on his way to bible study on Tuesday when he  intentionally plowed his car into a crowd of people  in Silicon Valley.
