Bryan Jacob Daniels was arraigned on information today on two counts of criminal threats and one count of brandishing an imitation firearm.
Trial confirmation is on July 18. Jury trial scheduled for July 29. Daniels entered a general time waiver.
Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is the prosecutor on the case. Deputy Conflict Counsel R.J. Leohner is Daniels' attorney.
