Cy Vandermeer was arraigned
on one count of burglary this afternoon. He is now clean shaven.
Judge Gregory Elvine-Kreis recalled the bench warrant Vandermeer waived both the 10 and 60 day time requirement. A 977 waiver was filed. Intervention is June 4. Preliminary hearing is June 11.
Vandermeer's attorney is Mr. Ben Okin. Deputy District Attorney Luke Bernthal was in court for the People.
