Can't confirm if John McGinnis' gaming license is revoked if I can't reach anyone authorized to speak for Bear River Band of Rohnerville Rancheria
Received a tip that John McGinnis had his gaming license revoked and that he appealed and lost his appeal. My source provided me with conversations/texts to verify what my source shared.
I called the Bear Riving Gaming Commission and asked to speak to William Sand. I was given his name by the person who provided me the tip. I was told by Mr. Sand he is not authorized and cannot comment for the Tribe. I was referred to Wendell Freeman, Treasurer at Bear River Band of Rohnerville Rancheria but was not given an email for Mr. Freeman, despite my request.
I want a written response from Bear River. Bear River has avoided giving any comment on these allegations, why? Once again, the email address on the website bounced back as undeliverable.
I did some research and the gaming license is still active.

Thanks for the BeaRivercasino.com emails. The brb-nsn.gov emails to different people were not working. They are well aware why I won't do phone conversations. My contact information is available and easy to find. If Bear River Casino is serious about transparency, they would have left a comment on this blog or emailed me by now. This is not the first post.
