Pornographic websites, images found on Apple devices belonging to Mario Alexander and graphic user names on devices and social media

The People rested their case this afternoon in the Mario Alexander case. Jurors will return at 9:30 a.m. on Friday.

Whether defense will present any evidence is a decision we will find out Friday. Judge Christopher Wilson is meeting with attorneys today and tomorrow.

Court resumed today with the cross examination of CWS Social Worker and Forensic interviewer Dori Larson. Sgt. Greg Musson was recalled and gave brief testimony and identified evidence,. The next witness was DA Investigator Steve Dunn, followed by HCSO Deputy Travis Mendes who were also on the stand briefly. Deputy Mendes identified green and yellow bikini style underwear Jane Doe #2 said Alexander was wearing in one of the incidents when he allegedly molested her.

The most crucial testimony of the day was from HCSO Deputy Martin Perrone, who used to be a DA Investigator specializing in Forensics.

He testified about extracting data from an I phone 5 and I Pad 3. Mr. Perrone testified that these items beonged to Mario Alexander and how that was determined. Web history and bookmarks on both phones included pornographic  images and websites. The I Pad had 1062 records.

Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads had Mr. Perrone read out just one title. "Alina West gets her very first anal interracial fuck."

I mentioned in one previous post that both of Alexander's alleged victims are white.

Alexander's username on I Phone was "Mostly moist." Snapchat handle, "The Fucking General."

The jury was able to view the report on a screen. Mr. Perrone scrolled the report to see the volume of listings on the phone.

Alexander showed no reaction and definitely no embarassment regarding the porn.
