Sentencing was scheduled for James Pawlyk today. Of course it didn't. Pawlyk entered an Arbuckle waiver today.
At defense's request, sentencing or withdrawl of plea is continued to January 7. Deputy District Attorney Luke Bernthal objected at this hearing, just as he did at the last hearing. Read the post linked below to understand why this is the sentencing that never happens.
