Sentencing/withdrawl of plea was scheduled for James Pawlyk this morning. Sentencing had been continued several times despite a stipulated prison sentence.
Today, there were no more delays and no new developments. Will add court minutes later. Instead of the three year stipulated sentence, the court minutes reflect the final sentence.
