In a minute the Marci Kitchen hearing was over, passport will be returned

A hearing to return Marci Kitchen's passport was scheduled for January 14.

Deputy Public Defender Meagan O'Connell stated that on record. Deputy District Attorney Luke Bernthal appeared in court for Deputy DA Sracey Eads. No objection by the People since she is in custody.

Judge Kaleb Cockrum was going to sign the order but since the defense wants it returned to specific people, one being Ms. O'Connell, a new order will be submitted. Faith Tsarnas' uncle Chris March was in court.
