The hearing tomorrow is to return Marci Kitchen's passport


Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads said the hearing scheduled for Marci Kitchen is to return her passport.

As of today, she isn't eligible for parole until September 2022.

  1. Why? She doesn’t need it anytime soon & I’d think it’ll be expired before she’d be free of probation to travel.

  2. Why waste time & taxpayer money on this. Even if she’s out in 4 years, she’ll be on probation for 4; and, I’d hope, unable to travel outside the US. Surely, her passport will be expired by then.

  3. What happened to the supposed "mistake" by the DA whereas Marci should have received 8 years x 2 = 16 years for her incarceration? Fleming never corrected her mistake!
