Alleged molestor Chad Smith's jury trial scheduled for January 7 was vacated today, as expected since Deputy District Attorney is in the middle of another jury trial (Mario Alexander). Trial setting is on January 10
Appearance by court call was authorized for Smith's attorney Ms. Andrea Sullivan. Records from Holiday Inn Express were subpoenaed from Holiday Inn Express.
