Bailed out January 10, has a plea scheduled in his DUI case and Markis Shirley gets arrested again

Markis Shirley bailed out January 10. He was arrested on January 17 by Eureka Police Department and booked for PC3000.08(f), parole violation.

Shirley cannot bail out due to the "parole hold" for this arrest. He also has a no bail hold for a 2015 auto theft case out of Yuba County.

A change of plea is scheduled on January 24 in his DUI case.
