Even though Craft's hearing had been waived by Ms. Allbright at the last hearing, he was in court this afternoon. "How are you?" Ms. Allbright asked him before the case was called.
"It will take four to six months to interview all witnesses and I am getting discovery daily," said Ms. Allbright. "The mother's prelim is set for December 20 and we would need discovery after that hearing."
The People requested dates in April.
Pre-trial is scheduled for April 9. The contested hearing is scheduled for April 16. Judge Joyce Hinrichs said that if a continuance was requested, a written motion would be required.
Only one family member attended today's court hearing on behalf of Brandon Brocius.
