Tomorrow will be three weeks since sentencing, why is Marci Kitchen not at a state prison facility?

Marci Kitchen was sentenced September 18. Her court abstract has been filed. It is a part of a packet sent with a defendant to prison.



I checked with the courts twice, before and after I spoke with the jail, and was told all the court paperwork was complete. The court file is available, I viewed it.

I did a post on September 24; the jail's response is in the link below. It is October 7, Marci Kitchen is still in custody.  Tomorrow, it will be three weeks since her sentencing.

I did some other research to see if there was a reason for Marci Kitchen to still be in Humboldt.

Other local defendants sentenced to state prison seem to be transported  in a timely manner. It is more than 10 days, it is more than two weeks. What is causing this delay?
