The foreman for the Jon Goldberg jury trial and several other jurors were on the second floor by 8:45 a.m. More jurors arrived by 9 a.m.

Visiting Judge Graham Cribbs reiterated what he said Monday; the courtroom will be closed to the public today, "which includes the press."

Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo wanted to put the following comment o record. "It is not Mr. Goldberg's request that these proceedings be closed."

Judge Cribbs said, "Noted. The request is denied."
