After arguments by attorneys in the Ewa Misztal's case this morning Judge Dale Reinholtsen said he will issue a written ruling.
Whether Misztal being released into the community or not has been the basic issue that will be decided by Judge Reinholtsen's ruling.
Misztal had been deemed a low risk. The defense has advocated outpatient treatment. The prosecution, despite several evaluations for months, wants Misztal observed further in a controlled environment.
The defense recently filed more written documents to support oral arguments made in court today.
