A normal person just chastised in court by Judge Kelly Neel and served with papers for a restraining order would avoid the other party. At least, wait a few minutes to avoid potential contact.

Jennifer hires Melanie to work with her and help Jennifer in her business with general residential housecleaning duties for clients. Jennifer at the time charges at the rate of $20 per man hour. Jennifer was compensating Melanie at the rate of $15 per hour of work billed by Melanie.
Through the course of the business relationship Jennifer and Melanie became friends, and began to socialize outside of a work context.
Jennifer ended up making personal loans to Melanie. These loans were either made by giving cash for petty expenses such as gas. Other loans were made by Jennifer paying Melanie's bills directly from her own accounts.
XX May. Jennifer assists Melanie in filing and serving a Civil Restraining Order by Melanie vs. a current roommate of Melanie's 4 bedroom apartment in Arcata.
29 May - June 04. Melanie, at the request of Andrew and Tiffany spends the weekend house sitting and caring their cat. Melanie extended
that invitation to Jennifer. Jennifer and Melanie spent the weekend at the residence at Brier Lane (exact number removed for blog post) Jennifer spent her time in the residence
cleaning the house and cleaning laundry in gratitude for allowing her to enjoy the house. Melanie used Jennifer's phone to take pictures of Jennifer sleeping with the cat in the Brier Ln. residence.
XX June. Tiffany sends a text message to Jennifer to express her gratitude for the work Jennifer did to clean the residence.
June, 2018
04 June. First hearing regarding Civil Restraining Order of Melanie vs. a current roommate of Melanie's 4 bedroom apartment in Arcata. Result was a 2 week continuance
lack of proof of service.
XX June. Civil Restraining Order of Melanie vs. a current roommate of Melanie's 4 bedroom apartment in Arcata is granted.
21 June. I drove to the residence at Brier Ln, Eureka for the first time ever to drive Jennifer home from an evening of socializing with Melanie
in the Brier Ln. residence of Andrew and Tiffany. Andrew and Tiffany were out of town at the time. I picked up Jennifer in my car, I never exited the car.
28 June. Melanie and Jennifer have a dispute and sever the business and personal relationship. Melanie still owes Jennifer several hundred dollars
in unpaid loans at the time they stop working together. I again drive to the Brier Ln. residence to drive Jennifer home, I never exited the car.
Melanie informs Jennifer that there are some items of personal property to be returned to Melanie that Jennifer happened to have in her possession
when the two severed ties. One of the items is a novelty breathalyzer and the other a copy of the key to Melanie's apartment in Arcata. Jennifer informs
Melanie the items are available to for retrieval at her leisure as the were placed in a secure but accessible location awaiting Melanies arrival.
Through the entire time of visiting and staying in the residence on Brier Ln. Jennifer never had direct contact with Andrew or Tiffany. In the course
of Jennifer visiting the residence Jennifer did meet and speak with Andrew's mother.
Jennifer has a few informal encounters with Melanie in the community and makes some informal requests for repayment from Melanie.
September, 2018
19 September, 9:49 AM. A demand for payment letter from Jennifer was emailed to Melanie via my College of the Redwoods gmail account to Melanie's gmail
email address.
19 September, early evening. Jennifer receives a text from a number not listed in her contacts. The author states in a fairly antagonistic tone that the author
is now representing Melanie in resolving any debt dispute. Additionally the author demands the return of breathalyzer and the other a copy of the key to Melanie's
apartment in Arcata. the author of the text also raises issue over $10 and a small quantity of marijuana that is missing.
Jennifer does not reply to that text message. Jennifer and I come to the decision to drive to the residence to return the items left in our possession.
I waited in the car, I noted that there two cars occupying the driveway of the residence. I recognized the same cars parked in the driveway on the evening of 09/23/2018.
Jennifer went to the door of the house. Jennifer knocked and received no answer in a reasonable time. Under the presumption that the occupants were in the residence and refusing to answer the door, Jennifer tried the doorknob and found the door to be unlocked. Jennifer opened the door called for the occupants. When Jennifer did not
receive an answer from an occupant, Jennifer dropped the items to be returned inside the door the cat approached and greeted Jennifer. Jennifer returned to my car.
Jennifer did not have a cat of any kind in her possession when she returned to the car. We returned home and heard nothing more from the person whom had contacted Jennifer initially.
23 September, early evening. Jennifer receives more messages from the number of the unsolicited text message sent 19 September. Author is demanding the return of the
items returned to the residence on the evening of 19 September. No mention of the cat made by the author at this time. Jennifer responds to the texts at this time to explain that every item in our possession was returned to the residence on the evening of 19 September. Having done nothing wrong Jennifer was explicit in her
description of exactly where and how she delivered the items to the residence. When the author of the texts believes it has what it believes is an admission in text from Jennifer regarding the fact the Jennifer opened the unlocked door make delivery of the items they had requested and said hello to the cat. At this point is the first
mention of the text authors cat being missing. The text author insists that Jennifer definitively had stolen the cat and the author was then threatening to involve the authorities the text author was threatening to report the theft of their cat while indicating that they intend to implicate Jennifer in the theft of the cat.
The author was escalating his threats to threatening to have Jennifer arrested for breaking and entering in addition to making allegations about the cat.
Jennifer and I decided that the cat issue is not going to be resolved via endless text exchange. We decide to go to the residence on Brier Ln. to talk about the cat and to help to owners look for their cat if it truly missing.
We got in my car and drove to the residence on Brier Ln. Because I have recently started entertaining via Twitch.tv as as part of building my brand I have purchased
and use a dashcam app with my phone to record when I'm driving as a source of content to produce videos of driving the local roads. That is why and how I had the camera recording the encounter with Andrew and Tiffany when the events captured on my video of 09/23/2018.
At the conclusion of my recording Jennifer is using her phone to call the 911 dispatcher to get a Sheriff response regarding the physical assault with the use of a gun at the Briar Ln. residence. At that time I ask Jennifer to go to the intersection of Pigeon Point Rd. and Brier Ln. to direct responding Deputies to the correct destination.
I waited at my parked car, taking shelter behind my car and waiting for Deputies to reach my location.
Deputy Waxler was the first deputy to arrive to my location. I waited quietly at the rear of my vehicle with my hands raised shoulder high palms facing out. I waited for the Deputy to exit his vehicle and address me. The first question Deputy Waxler ask me "Are you Andrew?" I responded in the negative, I told Deputy Waxler my first and last name.
Deputy Waxler begun to question me and get my initial statement. During the initial interview, Deputy Waxler attempted to address me as Andrew even after I had told him my name
multiple times. I advise Deputy Waxler that I have the full event captured in video and audio. Deputy Waxler concluded the initial interview by cutting me off in the middle
of answering the Deputy after Deputy Waxler has ask me to describe the gun used during the assault.
At that time my initial interview is concluded and a Deputy I failed to
identify approached and stood with me at the patrol vehicle that Deputy Waxler was driving. I stood quietly with the unidentified Deputy while Deputy Waxler interviewed Andrew
and Tiffany for a few minutes and then allowed both subjects to return in to their home. While Deputy Waxler interviewed Andrew and Tiffany I commented to the unidentified
officer regarding the effectiveness of keeping me near Waxler's idling patrol vehicle because the white noise generated by the engine easily suppresses my ability to hear
nearby conversation.
Deputy Waxler Interviewed Andrew and Tiffany for 5 - 15 minutes before releasing them to return in to their home. While Deputy Waxler was interviewing Andrew and Tiffany,
I could hear Jennifer screaming for help as Sgt. had seen fit to execute a very physical arrest on Jennifer Lynch at the intersection of Pigeon Point Rd. and Brier Ln.
Sgt. Musson had decided to arrest Jennifer for being drunk in public, and resisting arrest. At that time Sgt. Musson seized Jennifer's cell phone as evidence. Jennifer Lynch
was video recording Sgt. Musson prior to and through the entire arrest. Jennifer tells me that Sgt. Musson called her Tiffany twice while he was executing the arrest, and that
should be on the phone Sgt. Musson collected as evidence.
After Deputy Waxler concluded interviewing Andrew and Tiffany. He instructed me to wait in my car while he and another Deputy drove down the hill to the intersection of Brier Ln.
and Pigeon Point Rd.. I sat down in my car to wait for Deputy Waxler to return. Soon Andrew and Tiffany came out of their house to shout at me "The cops told you to leave! Get out of here!"
So I started my car, backed to the nearest driveway, turned around and drove down the hill and parked my car 50-60 feet from where the officers had their three patrol vehicles parked at the bottom of Brier Ln. I got out of my car and stood next to my drivers door waiting for a deputy to approach me. Not too long Deputy Waxler
and Sgt. Musson approach me.
They informed me that Jennifer smells of alcohol and proceeded to ask me questions about Jennifer's drinking habits and did I observe her consuming
an excessive amount of alcohol. I responded that I knew that if Jennifer had been drinking, she only drinks Vodka. Deputy Waxler tried to get me to implicate Jennifer in being
intoxicated. I answered that I did not know if Jennifer had been consuming alcohol or how much alcohol Jennifer consumes at anytime.
Deputy Waxler and Sgt. Musson then proceeded to view a significant portion of the video I had recorded. Deputy Waxler indicated it looked like no more serious than a misdemeanor
assault. Deputy Waxler ask if I was interested in pressing charges, I told him I do want to press charges. He advised me at the time that if you press assault charges the other guy could press charges of trespass. Deputy Waxler again ask me to confirm that I want to pursue charges I said yes and that I'd possibly even settle for a simple stay away order. The Deputies advised me that from that point on effectively everything was in the hands of the District Attorney's office, and that I should contact the DA's office in
ten days to three weeks, because of the updates to the computer systems.
So Jennifer was taken for an intoxication hold and I went home. At about 8:45 pm a 4 door silver Toyota Corolla station wagon drives past my residence and turns around in
the driveway of the house just past mine. As the car was turning around I got up and locked my door and opened my street facing window slightly and watched as the car pulled
up next to my residence. A female voice called the name "Sheba" once before the car drove away. I heard the same car return, make the same turn around in my neighbors drive.
The car stops next to my residence again. Melanie got out of the car and knocked on my door. I announced "I'm calling nine, one, one!" Melanie said through the door "I'm here
for the cat" I repeated "I'm calling nine, one, one!" Melanie responded "Sorry" as she was getting in to the car, then the car left again. I called 911 and reported the contact.
The dispatcher offered to forwarded my message to Deputy Waxler. A while later Deputy Waxler called me and listened to me about being followed home by Andrew, Tiffany, and Melanie.
During that call Deputy Waxler ask for my permission to search my residence for a cat. I enthusiastically gave my consent to search. Deputy Waxler then told me that by giving my
consent to be searched that he was satisfied that I did not have possession of Andrew and Tiffany's cat. Deputy Waxler told me that he would call the other party and inform them
that they were not welcome near my residence.
At 11:30 pm the Jail released Jennifer from the intoxication hold. Nobody ever collected evidence of intoxication from Jennifer at the time of arrest or anytime after.
