Ulisses Rodriguez's preliminary hearing for double homicide a go



Preliminary hearing for murder suspect Ulisses Rodriguez scheduled for this morning was sent to Courtroom 2 at 9:30 a.m.

Rodriguez is charged with the murders of Tiffany Ellebrecht and Jeremy Kuemmel.

Deputy District Attorney Joel Buckingham is handling the preliminary hearing for the People. HCSO Investigator Scott Hicks is in the courtroom as lead investigator.

Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin is representing Rodriguez.

Previous time estimate was five hours. As of 3 p.m., the preliminary is still going on.
