Intervention for alleged molestor Patricio Segura was scheduled for this afternoon. Preliminary hearing scheduled for October 16 was vacated.
Intervention is scheduled for October 30. Preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 6.
Segura is charged with 7 counts involving a minor victim : forcible oral copulation, forcible rape, aggravated sexual assault of a child, forcible lewd act upon a child and continuous sexual abuse.
