Intervention for Gary Cudney was scheduled for October 18; the preliminary hearing scheduled for October 25 was vacated.
Intervention was continued to December 6. Preliminary hearing was rescheduled for December 12.
Cudney is charged with the death of Dirty Dave. Mr. Manny Daskal is representing Cudney.
