James Pawlyk's sentencing continued to November 13; he gets new attorney

Sentencing for James Pawlyk was continued to October 9; continued again to October 10. Today it was continued to November 13.

The Public Defender's office has been representing Pawlyk; they have a conflict. So does the Conflict Counsel's office. Mr. David Celli was appointed to represent Pawlyk.

On August 28, Pawlyk entered a plea. The resolution of both his cases was a stipulated sentence for three years in state prison.
