Local resources could not identify substance at Courthouse, County has requested additional resources

No one is going to be allowed through the door yet at 421 I Street.

Investigation is ongoing. County PIO Sean Quincey and HCSO PIO Samantha Karges spoke briefly to the press.



"Around 9 a.m. we were notified about a white powdery substance in front of the Courthouse," said Mr. Quincey.

He said , "We don't have much to tell you." They are in the process of identifying the substance. All local resources available have been utilized.
Additional resources have been requested. The investigation is ongoing.
