Two years,1 month later Dylan Wilson pleads guilty, 8 year prison sentence negotiated as part of the plea deal



As part if a negotiated plea deal, Dylan Wilson would have to register as a sex offender. He pleaded guilty to Count 1 in his alleged rape case. Count 1 was Forcible lewd act upon a child.

Count 2 Assault with intent to commit sex offense was dismissed.

Wilson admitted to violation of probation in this 2014 case.



This misdemeanor sex offense case was dismissed by the People as a part of the plea deal.



There was no Arbuckle waiver but a time waiver was entered for sentencing. People requested a speedy trial.

Wilson has substantial credits.The case was referred to Probation for a ful report and calculation of credits by Judge Kaleb Cockrum.

Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer was in court for the People. Deputy Public Defender Luke Brownfield is representing Wilson.
