Ex correctional deputy Cory Fisher latest tactic to delay his alleged molestation case

Ex correctional deputy Cory Fisher has already stiffed the taxpayers with his legal expenses. If the inmates go forward with their pending lawsuit and win against the County, the taxpayers will pay. And now  the taxpayers pay for "indigent" Fisher's expert?

Fisher has dragged this case out and will continue to as long as he can legally stall. Will future dates be affected by the defense expert? Stay tuned.

Fisher had proceeds from the sale of his house, he has money from working at the jail. Did he pay into PERS? He was behind in spousal and child support, according to court documents previously posted. So where is all his money?

Trial Confirmation is October 23. Jury trial is November 13.
