Trial confirmation was scheduled for alleged molestor John Beideman on October 22. Jury trial scheduled for November 5 was confirmed.
Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer appeared in court for Deputy DA Stacey Eads who is prosecuting the case. Mr. David Celli appeared in court for Mr. Russ Clanton.
