Vehicle reported stolen found on Alderpoint Road

On Oct. 11, 2018, at about 3:45 a.m., Humboldt County Sheriff’s deputies conducted a vehicle investigation on the 300 block of Alderpoint Road in Garberville. 



Deputies made contact with two subjects inside the vehicle, 39-year-old Amie Marie Havener and a male passenger. During the course of their investigation, deputies learned that the vehicle had been reported stolen out of Eureka. 

Havener was arrested and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility on charges of possession of stolen property and violation of probation.  The male passenger was questioned and released at the scene.
