Intervention was scheduled for Dylan Wilson on October 23; it was continued to October 24.
The preliminary hearing is still scheduled for October 25 but yesterday, both attorneys expected the "matter to resolve" today.
Last time the plea almost went through until Wilson's family had an outburst in the courtroom.

Wilson has already been to Napa State Hospital twice and sent back twice being deemed competent to stand trial.
