Motion to continue murder suspect Gearold Sotolongo's jury trial was continued to July 25 so his attorney, Deputy Public Defender Luke Brownfield could be present. Victim is Rodger Yale. It was continued to August 1. Jury trial scheduled for August 6 was vacated. Trial setting is August 22.
The courtroom was briefly closed for an exparte conversation and reopened.
Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is prosecuting the case.
