Bench warrant was issued for PG & E gate crasher Katherine Zacevich who failed to appear in court for trial confirmation scheduled for one case this morning; two others cases were on calendar for a disposition and reset hearing. Jury trial and disposition and reset scheduled for August 13 was vacated. Aladdin and Two Jinn bail bonds were forfeited.
Deputy District Attorney Brent Kling is prosecuting the case. Deputy Conflict Counsel David Lee is representing Zacevich.
