Defense motion to dismiss Counts 1 and 2 in alleged molestor Chad Smith's case denied

Trial setting is scheduled for a special set at 1:30 this afternoon for alleged molester Chad Smith. Alleged victim is his stepdaughter.

Judge Dale Reinholtsen issued his written ruling yesterday.  He denief the defense motion to dismiss Count 1 and 2.
