Today, was the deadline to file jury questionnaires and any motions in limine in the Marci Kitchen case.
So far, a proposed jury questionnaire has been filed by Conflict Counsel and the District Attorney; a motion in limine by Conflict Counsel and a motion in limine by the District Attorney.
Trial confirmation and the hearing on the defense motion to change venue is scheduled for August 9 at 8:30. No opposition has been filed yet by the District Attorney to the defense motion for change of venue.
