Setting of preliminary hearing for alleged molestor Michael Franco was scheduled this morning. Preliminary hearing is scheduled for September 11. Time estimate is 4 hours.
Franco is charged with five counts of PC 288.7 (b),oral copulation or sexual penetration with a child 10 years or younger and four counts of PC 288 (a), Lewd Act Upon A Child. Alleged victim Jane Doe.
Special allegation of prior sex offense for Counts 6 to 9 jurisdiction Los Angeles (Norwalk).
The case is being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads. Franco is being represented by Mr. David Celli.
