Seeing no followup yesterday, I contacted EPD regarding two unverified reports about an alleged assault victim on Myrtle yesterday morning, near the Humboldt County of Office Education campus.
EPD Crime Analyst Brittany Powell said the " The assault occurred around 10:30 a.m. No were weapons involved. The victim declined medical attention."
