Scott Michael Joachim was arrested yesterday afternoon by Yurok Tribal Police for PC 245(a)(1) assault with a deadly weapon. He posted bond.
Former City of Eureka Deputy Attorney Curt Davis who was terminated from his job and now works as a private attorney. He is involved in a case in which one of the parties is Scott Joachim. Davis represents Seven Sparks in this civil case.
There is also a family law case for Scott Joachim and Natalie Joachim which was transferred from Mendocino to Humboldt.
