Today, domestic violence suspect Gregory Moon is to be arraigned on information which are charges for a jury trial and dates will be scheduled.
On 5/27, the DA filed the information and Moon is now charged with one additional count. I have included the complaint in the post. Readiness Conference on 8/13; jury trial on 8/17
8/13/26: Readiness Conference today; petition on mental health diversion filed by yesterday by defense. 8/17 date vacated. Hearing on petition on mental health diversion on 9/21; jury trial on 10/5/26.
