Humboldt County DA filed charges today for Anthony Ramirez's most recent arrest by Eureka Police Department. Arraignment is scheduled this afternoon before Visiting Judge Ksenia Tsenin.
Count 1 PC 664/187 (a) attempted murder, alleged victim Sonora Rose BreaultMiller.
Count 1 special allegation PC 12022.5 (a) used a handgun in the attempted commission of the crime and Count 1 special allegation PC 12022.53 (b) personally used a handgun.
Count 2 PC 246 shooting at occupied motor vehicle, alleged victims Sonora Rose BreaultMiller, Hakim Jamal Porter, Jr and juvenile 16 year old only listed as Doe.
No bail hold requested by DA, granted without prejudice by Retired Visiting Judge Ksenia Tsenin. Public Defender appointed. Criminal protective order issued and served in court.
OR bail on 6/24; preliminary hearing on 7/2.
6/24/26: OR and supervised release denied by Retired Visiting Judge Ksenia Tsenin. A man and woman were in court for Ramirez. They walked out with bailbonds person after the hearing.
There is some information I know and waiting to see if defense will bring it out at the preliminary hearing.
