Read for yourself the detailed complaint for terroristic threat, criminal threat and stalking suspect Daryl Jones' 35 counts; former DA Maggie Fleming declined to prosecute Jones in 2021 when Jane Doe 2 contacted APD who provided a report.
Former DA Maggie Fleming was in charge. It was not stated in court today who made the decision at the DA's office in 2016 not to prosecute but Ms. Fleming was the boss.
