Once again, Humboldt Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm comes through for the community and victims. I do not have time right now to add all the court documents, details and court cases for convicted felon Justin Patrick.

I have included the last court minutes, the order filed by Ms. Timm signed by Humboldt Superior Court Judge Lawrence Killoran and screenshots of developments since December 2025 when Ms. Timm started working on this petition.

It is better for the public to know about these hearings to have someone declared a sexually violent predator and before a release into the community.

He entered a plea to Count 1 in the 2016 case. The rest of the counts were dismissed. Deputy DA Carolyn Schaffer was the prosecutor for that case. Former Deputy Public Defender Jennifer Dixon was Patrick's attorney.

I requested and received the older booking photo because he was convicted in that case and the Ninth Circuit ruling does not apply to photos issued before that decision.

I added screenshots for 5 of his other cases. As can see from the list of Humboldt cases, there are more cases that I did not look up because there is not even enough time for cases I am currently following.
