Former Redding Police Officer September Wynhoff filed a retaliation, sexual harassment and failure to prevent harassment lawsuit on May 6, 2024 against the City of Redding and Redding Police Department.
Four million and other relief as Court may deem proper is sought. Wynhoff is represented by Mr. Jonathan Roven, managing attorney at Jonny Law, a LA area law firm.
City of Redding is represented by Liebert, Cassidy and Whitmore. A jury trial is scheduled for June 16, 2026.
An ex parte application has been filed for a protective order.
Former Eureka Police Department Sgt. Liles who is Redding Police Department Officer is expected to be a witness in this case.
