Very busy day for local law enforcement yesterday, especially for HCSO and EPD with the usual repeat offenders and assault, domestic violence, child endangerment and convicted sex offenders

Nichole Machele Bondfitzpatrick arrested by Eureka Police Department for PC 271 child abandonment and PC273 a (a) child endangerment.

Convicted felon and sex offender Tyson Parker Bellach was arrested by HCSO yesterday for probation violation, failure to register as a sex offender, drug and firearm charges, grand theft, fish and game violations, trespassing.

PC1203.2(a)(1) probation violation, PC 30305(a) felon in possession of ammunition, HS 11377 (a) possession of a controlled substance, HS 11364(a) possession of drug paraphernalia , FG 4336 untagged deer, FG 2001 unlawful taking of  a mammal, bird, fish, reptile, or amphibian outside of an established season or to exceed a bag limit or possession limit; FG 2000 unlawful taking of any bird, mammal, fish, reptile, or amphibian; PC 29800(a)(1) felon in possession of a firearm, PC 602 (n) trespassing , PC 487 (a) grand theft and PC290.010 failure to register as a sex offender.

I have written about Diane Carol Kerr before in 2023. She was arrested by EPD yesterday on an arrest warrant for PC 242 assault, PC 240 battery and PC 594(b)(1) vandalism.

This my 2023 post. Diane always had "issues" which were unaddressed. The loss of her brother did not help. For all the church talk, while there are individual church members who reach out to some people; this is a failure of family, church and society to get someone help they need. I see her wandering on the streets. She was released on O.R. She is not going to get the help until the courts intervene.
