Carla Jean Pirovano was arrested again yesterday by HCSO for PC 646.9(a) stalking, HS 11364(a) possession of drug paraphernalia and HS11377(a) possession of controlled substance.
I have covered Pirovano before. The DA dismissed her previous case for criminal threats.
Pirovano was arraigned on 12/31/25; Conflict Counsel was appointed. Defense motion for release wss denied by Retired Humboldt Superior Court Judge Christopher Wilson; bail was set at $75,000 and two criminal protective orders served.
On 1/5, Judge Lawrence Killoran denied supervised release. Preliminary hearing on 1/13/26.
On 1/13/26, defense motion to to continue preliminary hearing granted; rescheduled to 1/30.
