In 2017, Eureka Police Department's POP unit arrested Brittany Marie Johnson for possession of stolen property from the Betty Kwan Chinn Center.

Yesterday, EPD arrested Johnson again for PC 647 (f) public intoxication, HS 11350(a) possession of controlled substance without a valid prescription and PC 666.1 petty theft.

Johnson entered a plea in that 2017 case. I am not listing all her other court cases. Covering repeat offenders in California and for misdemeanors is a waste of time.

1/2/26: Since I was at the courthouse today checking on some cases and saw two cases for Johnson on calendar which include a 2026 case for arraignment this afternoon; I decided to do an update. Probation has filed a request to terminate supervised release in a 2025 case. In the 2026 case, she is charged with possession of fentanyl and being under the influence of toluene. Johnson was remanded into custody. Preliminary hearing in CR2502721 on1/16. Trial setting in CR2600001 on the same day. Public Defender is representing Johnson.

1/16/26: In CR2502721, preliminary hearing continued by defense to 3/10. Trial setting in CR2600001 continued to 3/10.
