Jury trial for murder suspect Antone Aubrey was scheduled to start July 13. This morning Deputy District Attorney Candace Myers and Mr. Russ Clanton went over stipulation of evidence and other trial matters with Judge Christopher Wilson.
One of the stipulations both parties agreed to was the autopsy of the victim, Angel Aubrey. She was Antone Aubrey's sister.
I have not decided yet how much of the court trial I will cover and it will not be detailed as other jury trials. There was detailed coverage of the preliminary. Right now, people can watch court proceedings via livestream.
