I certainly hope the Antone Aubrey case is not indicative of all court trials

So far on Day 2 of Antone Aubrey's jury trial, Judge Christopher Wilson was in Courtroom 5 until 10 a.m. taking care of his 8:30 calendar. Now it is 10:26 a.m and People's exhibits are being marked.

Deputy District Attorney Candace Myers, Mr. Russ Clanton and Judge Wilson are there. Aubrey is sitting in the jury box. Mr. Clanton stepped out at 10:28. He came back and there is discussion about stipulation of evidence yesterday, exhibits to be introduced.

All this procedure and clinical atmosphere with stipulation on a lot of evidence covered at the preliminary hearing as well as watching via Zoom and trying to report accurately with constant audio issues and tech isdues is not worth my time for this trial.

I will just report on the outcome.  There isn't a shortage of news.
