At 10:30, I was on my way to an appointment. Saw this guy talking with a homeless man near 5th and J. He had taken the Humboldt Soup Company sign down.
I kept walking and was across the street. The guy saw me and put on his bandana and started walking fast. I kept walking on 5th street. Once, he passed Delish on 5th and once he didn't turn towards Sixth and E eatery, I was watching to see where he was headed. He kept looking back. I kept walking to my destination.
He met up with a woman outside the parking lot at Days Inn. At that point, I lost sight of him.
