Timothy Ziegler, who was most recently arrested for criminal threats, had trial confirmation continued to this morning Jury trial scheduled for July 6 was vacated.
Instead a pre trial is scheduled for July 6. Trial setting for August 27. Ziegler is out of custody.
His attorney, Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin is going on Families First Coronavirus Response Act leave mid June and returning after school opens in Fall.
