Confusion about what exactly was happening today for Maziar Eshghipour and a related civil case for Nader Eshghipour and one other party was not cleared. They are not during interventions during the pandemic. In court today, it was referred to a pre hearing.
Nothing was discussed about the criminal case today. I have linked two posts below which will give you background on both cases.
Evidentiary hearing regarding the order to show cause is scheduled earlier before the preliminary hearing on June 10.
Maziar Eshghipour has retained Mr. Patrik Griego and Mr. Greg Rael. Mr. David Michael represents Nader Eshghipour. Mr. Michael may have a witness.
Deputy District Attorney Tobias Hasler is the prosecutor for the case. The People only have one witness, DA investigator Martin Morris who served the search warrant.
