First District Supervisor gave a shout out to local businesses.
"So lots of good happens in Humboldt. Today 2 pool tables were delivered and Set Up at the newly remodeled Veterans Building in Eureka. There is a licensed Veterans Lounge in the Basement. The old Pool Tables were just that old."
"Bar Stools broken down Lawrence Lazio helping his Son reached out for some help to fund these items. The Flyer Family Giving Fund was asked to buy one of the tables they bought both!! That’s Community and Veteran Respect. Rendezvous Music Dan Marchetti and crew stepped up with a good deal and Delivery. Was telling Jack Rieke Ace Hardware about it and he stepped up and ordered 24 Barstools!!! Soon the veterans will be able to gather talk and enjoy a refreshment as they did before the remodel. "
