On January 2, Visiting Judge Elliot L. Daum denied OR/Supervised Release for Franklin Molina. He was arraigned on 12/28 on one count of first degree robbery, two counts of false imprisonment, one count of assault upon the person of another by any means of force likely to produce great bodily injury and one count of kidnapping and one count of carjacking.
