With individual questioning of jurors and rulings on motion in limine complete, now a jury is being selected in Mario Alexander's case. Alexander rejected the People's offer of 19 years.
Alexander dressed in a black suit sat next to his attorney Mr. Russ Clanton yesterday. DA Investigator Steve Dunn was present with Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads.Judge Christopher Wilson read the allegations in the case.
Today, before lunch, jury selection was complete. Jurors had already filled out a long questionnaire prior to jury selection. Jurors will be back Thursday. Motions in limine are being heard on January 9. Jurors will be back Thursday
The original complaint has been amended a few times. Listed below are the charges for this jury trial.
